Purchasing a home can be a big decision. An inspection report is not intended to be the decision maker, but it should report on the condition of major components associated with the home. Like all good inspections, our reports follow the Standards of Practice outlined by the Texas Real Estate Commission.Most importantly, we try to educate clients so they are aware of the inspection and reporting process. We welcome communication before,during and after the inspection. 

To add value at no extra cost, we perform custom energy audits.  This includes evaluation of key factors that can save on monthly energy bills. If a property has installed solar panels this is a critical and recommended evaluation.
